The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to award a Cooperative Agreement to Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) for a project to identify effective interventions to address child labor and forced labor through impact evaluation research partnerships.
