The grant aims to build capacity for the coordination of government policies to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and to operationalise the National Network of Incubators (NNI) in Angola. This involves strengthening the policy framework for MSME support and establishing a working network of business incubators to foster entrepreneurship and innovation in the region.
