The National Academy of Medicine administers four national health policy fellowship and scholar programs, and one international fellowship program:
- FDA Tobacco Regulatory Science Fellowship
- A 12-month, multidisciplinary residential program for mid-career professionals to gain experience in tobacco product regulatory science and FDA authorities under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act.
The programs are designed for individuals such as mid-career professionals, nurse leaders, health science scholars, midcareer health professionals, behavioral and social scientists, and early- to mid-career scholars in various fields related to health policy.
