The Cottrell SEED Award aims to support members of the Cottrell Scholar community, including both Cottrell Scholars and Holland Award recipients, as they embark on high-impact research activities. There are two distinct SEED submissions:New Research Directions and Exceptional Opportunities.New Research Directions is geared towards starting innovative research projects that hold the potential for transformative inquiries. Additional Eligibility Information

Eligibility is limited to Cottrell Scholars who received their award in 2018 or earlier and hold faculty appointments in the United States or Canada. Holland Awardees are eligible to apply, regardless of their award year.
