The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) and the Simons Foundation will conduct a pilot summer institute on data science for science and societal advancement in Lviv, Ukraine, in August 2023. The institute will provide practice-oriented knowledge in the field of data science to a group of up to 40 PhD and early career researchers residing inside Ukraine.
