The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to award a Cooperative Agreement to the International Labor Organization for a project to advance global and national efforts aimed at eliminating forced labor under the ILO Protocol 29 and Recommendation 203 on Forced Labor.
