Description

This opportunity aims to perform simulations of nanotubes in solution to fundamentally understand the physicochemical and thermophysical properties of the interfacial layer on nanotubes. This includes evaluating interactions between nanotubes and the surrounding environment in liquid media, with a focus on the effects of chemical structure on adsorption and solubility, and developing novel simulation techniques for computational studies across multiple length scales.
