Novel digital computing circuits will be studied to demonstrate abilities not available in CMOS logic. Superconducting digital logic allows multi-GHz rates and demonstrates record computing efficiency in reversible logic gate circuits. This provides an opportunity for fundamental physics research on reversible computing.
