Anyone with completion of an accredited residency training program in ophthalmology or neurology and eligibility for certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology or the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology can apply. International fellowship applicants must have equivalent training and have passed the ECFMG examination. Requirements also include an active Florida Medical License.
