The Communications Technology Laboratories (CTL) at NIST is looking for a postdoctoral fellow to work to develop high-throughput materials measurement to support a DARPA program on "Tailorable Composite Feedstock and Forming". This project will involve dc to 110 GHz complex permittivity and permeability characterization with on-wafer techniques, materials modeling (including finite element simulations, and theory), and the development of a high-speed circuit to quantify fiber alignment in composites in real time.
