The make-up of these Commissions, and the topics of principal interest within them, move with the changing needs and interests of the scientific community. Candidates must apply by December 1 of each year to be considered during the January meeting or by May 1 to be considered during the summer joint symposium with the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society.
