Eligible applicants are local and regional authorities responsible for managing, regulating, or overseeing water resources, including lakes and lake catchments from EU member states and Horizon Europe associated countries, except Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Greece, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Romania, and Spain.
