Federal agencies and industry are currently making large investments in carbon management (CM) technologies and infrastructure to address climate change by capturing, transporting, converting, and sequestering carbon dioxide. This study, requested by the Department of Energy, will assess the safety, societal considerations, and environmental and health impacts associated with implementing CM at scale.
