Additional Eligibility Information

To be eligible for the Glaucoma Fellowship, you must have successfully completed an accredited residency in ophthalmology. U.S. and Canadian applicants must be eligible for certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or both. Requirements also include an active Florida Medical License prior to matriculation into the program and an unrestricted DEA license.
