Description
The Focused Ultrasound Foundation Research Awards support innovative research that advances the therapeutic use of non-invasive, image-guided focused ultrasound technologies in both humans and companion animals. The Foundation funds both preclinical translational research and clinical trials, with a strong focus on projects addressing scientific and technical barriers in oncology, neurodegenerative diseases, immunomodulation, neuromodulation, gene therapy, drug delivery, and sonodynamic therapy. Specialized tracks are available for brain research, cancer immunotherapy, veterinary applications, industry collaborations, and educational projects. The goal is to accelerate the adoption and clinical impact of focused ultrasound therapies worldwide.
