DescriptionOperating Grants I & II provide unrestricted, operating support to Long Beach-based arts and cultural organizations whose primary mission is to collect, preserve, present and/or commission exemplary works of art. Works must be of regional significance and provide educational opportunities. Organization budgets must be over $250,000 annually. Measure B Grantees are not eligible.

Eligible Applicants- Long Beach-based arts and cultural organizations with budgets over $250- 000 annually. Measure B Grantees are not eligible. This grant is avaliable to people located in Long Beach- CA.
