DescriptionThe research aims to produce guidance for agencies to evaluate urban and regional passenger rail station staffing approaches and explore innovative alternatives to improve the customer experience.

Eligible Applicants- Proposals are expected to demonstrate knowledge relevant to the project and experience in U.S. and international transit agencies. The research team members should not work for organizations represented on the project panel. This grant is avaliable to people located in United States- International.
