DescriptionGoogle Legal Summer Institute (LSI) is a unique experience where underrepresented 2L law school students are invited to spend the first week of their 2L summer at Google's headquarters immersed in legal knowledge sessions followed by a full summer associateship with one of LSI's partner law firms. LSI aims to improve access to in-house careers at tech companies by expanding opportunities and removing barriers for underrepresented talent in the legal industry.

Eligible Applicants- To apply- students must have US work authorization- be a rising 2L full-time or 3E part-time student- Class of 2026- attend an ABA-approved law school- demonstrate academic excellence- provide undergraduate and law school transcripts- provide a resume- and complete two essay questions and submit a short video. The program seeks students underrepresented in the technology industry and encourages diverse backgrounds such as Black+- Latinx- Native American- LGBTQ+- students with disabilities- and veterans. This grant is avaliable to people located in United States.
