DescriptionProgram and Small Capital Grants support high-impact, strategic, and innovative nonprofit organizations in delivering on their core missions. Grant amounts are up to $100,000, most often paid over one year. These grants may fund programming, one small project, or a piece of equipment aligned with a nonprofit’s purpose. Initial Proposals should demonstrate alignment with the Yawkey Foundation’s mission and Areas of Giving, strong leadership, and proven impact in providing direct services and programs for unmet needs in underserved...

Award Ceiling$100,000

Eligible Applicants- Nonprofit organizations with proven impact and strong leadership providing direct services and programs in underserved regions in Eastern Massachusetts are eligible to apply. Organizations new to the foundation are encouraged to apply for familiarity. Specific restrictions apply- such as not funding individual school programs or specific positions. This grant is avaliable to people located in Eastern Massachusetts.
