The Branco Weiss Fellowship – Society in Science

DescriptionThe fellowship supports postdoctoral researchers after their PhD and before their first faculty appointment. It aims to award up to ten fellowships each year for unconventional projects in natural sciences, engineering, social sciences, and humanities. The fellowship allows for independent pursuit of scientific projects for up to five years, and some fellows may even become faculty members during the fellowship period.

Eligible Applicants- Postdoctoral researchers after their PhD- pursuing unconventional projects outside the mainstream of science. Current postdoctoral researchers may also apply. Open to all nationalities and can be pursued anywhere globally. This grant is avaliable to people located in Global.
