--- ## Description This scholarship program aims to address the underrepresentation of African American students in physics and astronomy by providing substantial financial support to those pursuing bachelor’s degrees in these fields. The initiative is a collaborative effort among several leading scientific organizations and is part of a broader mission to double the number of African American students earning physics and astronomy bachelor’s degrees annually by 2030.
