This program, administered by the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), provides financial assistance grants to support survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. The funding is designed to help victim service providers, tribal governments, and tribal organizations offer flexible financial support for survivors’ self-identified needs, promoting safety, stability, and healing. These needs may include costs not typically covered by traditional victim services and are meant to be met rapidly and with minimal barriers.
The FY 2025 opportunity is invitation-only: only the 13 organizations identified in the NOFO are eligible to apply. The program is not open to the general public or to new applicants.
