Description
The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality’s Vehicle Replacement Program provides reimbursement rebates to support the replacement of eligible on-road and non-road vehicles and equipment with newer, cleaner models—including all-electric options. The program aims to reduce diesel emissions and improve air quality across Idaho, leveraging funds from the EPA Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) and the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust. Eligible projects may also include costs for all-electric vehicle charging infrastructure when replacing with electric vehicles.
