--- ## Description This funding opportunity, managed by the U.S. Mission to ASEAN, will support a regional workshop under the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) aimed at combating online scams and transnational cybercrime. The program seeks to empower youth leaders (ages 20–35) from ASEAN countries and Timor-Leste with knowledge, skills, and collaborative networks to resist and prevent online scams, trafficking, and related cybercrimes that impact both Southeast Asia and the United States. The workshop will take place in Phnom Penh and/or Sihanoukville, Cambodia, or Jakarta, Indonesia, and include approximately 60 youth participants. Activities will feature classroom sessions, field trips, expert panels, hands-on demonstrations, and collaborative project development, with a focus on cybersecurity, digital forensics, legal frameworks, and the societal impact of cybercrime.
