The FFAR Fellows Program aims to develop the next generation of leaders in food and agriculture research by providing three years of research funding, industry mentorship, and intensive professional development. Fellows participate in a cohort-based model that emphasizes interdisciplinary training, leadership, and soft-skills development, preparing them for diverse careers across academia, industry, government, and non-profit sectors.
