Description
This funding opportunity, administered by the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE), aims to identify and nurture innovative, emerging programs that promote abstinence-until-marriage education for youth ages 10–19 in South Carolina. The grant targets organizations and initiatives that have not yet achieved evidence-based validation but show strong potential to advance sexual risk avoidance education (SRAE) goals. Preference is given to new outreach methods, activities in priority areas, and novel collaborations with local organizations. Programs must use their selected curriculum for no more than three years.
