Description
This opportunity provides funding to HRSA-funded health centers to expand nutrition services. The goal is to increase access to nutritional interventions that prevent, manage, and treat diseases and conditions. Funded projects must demonstrate an increase in the number of nutrition services patients or visits. Nutrition services may include dietary counseling, food-based interventions, and related support to improve health outcomes for underserved populations.
