Description
This funding opportunity provides grants to eligible organizations to modernize and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) application and eligibility determination processes. The focus is on leveraging technology and process improvements to streamline SNAP operations, enhance customer experience, and coordinate eligibility systems with other assistance programs. Projects must be new (not ongoing) and align with at least one of three key objectives: modernizing customer service, improving administrative infrastructure, or investing in coordinated eligibility systems.
