--- ## Description This grant provides formula-based allocations to states and eligible outlying areas under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins V). The funding supports state and local efforts to improve career and technical education (CTE) programs, enhance workforce readiness, and promote student achievement in secondary and postsecondary settings.
