Description
This program provides formula grants to state and territory domestic violence and sexual assault coalitions to coordinate victim services, collaborate with government and community partners, and encourage appropriate responses to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. It is a set-aside under the STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program statute, with additional support for sexual assault coalitions through the Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP). The program aims to strengthen the capacity of coalitions to advance the goal of ending gender-based violence and improve coordination of services and policy across states and territories.
