Description
The Fiscal Year 2026 Tribal Homeland Security Grant Program (THSGP) provides competitive funding to federally recognized tribal nations to enhance their capabilities to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from potential terrorist attacks and other hazards. The program is part of the Department of Homeland Security’s broader effort to support preparedness and resilience in communities facing unique risks, including remote locations, limited resources, and infrastructure challenges. The THSGP allows eligible tribes to apply as direct recipients for projects addressing homeland security priorities, capability gaps, and enduring needs.
