--- ## Description This grant opportunity, offered by the U.S. Mission to Venezuela (Venezuela Affairs Unit, Public Diplomacy Section), seeks proposals for projects that strengthen people-to-people ties between the United States and Venezuela. The focus is on programs that highlight shared values and contribute to Venezuela’s economic recovery, transformation, and growth, particularly through cooperation in the energy, mining, and technology sectors, as well as higher education partnerships.
