--- ## Description This opportunity from the U.S. Embassy Caracas Public Diplomacy Section funds projects that strengthen people-to-people ties between the United States and Venezuela. The focus is on supporting Venezuela’s economic recovery, transformation, and growth through cooperation in the energy, mining, and technology sectors, as well as fostering higher education partnerships between U.S. and Venezuelan institutions.
