--- ## Description This opportunity, offered by the U.S. Embassy Seoul Public Diplomacy Section in partnership with U.S. Embassy Tokyo, funds a U.S.-based organization to implement the third annual Young Trilateral Leaders (YTL) Summit in summer 2026. The summit will bring together approximately 50 youth leaders (ages 18–35) from the United States, Republic of Korea, and Japan to develop leadership skills, deepen understanding of trilateral policy issues, and foster collaborative projects. The program includes virtual engagement, an in-person summit in the U.S. (preferably Hawaii or another significant location), and post-summit follow-on activities.
