    Description

    The Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship offers early career professionals and graduate students a unique, one-year paid placement in Washington, D.C., working in federal executive or legislative offices on policy issues related to ocean, coastal, and Great Lakes resources. Fellows contribute to real-world decision-making, gain hands-on experience in policy analysis, communications, and stakeholder engagement, and build a national network of professionals in marine policy. The program is designed to foster future leaders in marine policy and is administered through the National Sea Grant College Program, with applications processed via state Sea Grant programs.
