Description
The Solórzano Travel Awards support Latin American surgeons residing outside the United States who wish to attend the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons (AAES) Annual Meeting. Offered by the AAES Foundation, the awards are made possible through the generous support of AAES Past-President Carmen C. Solórzano, MD, FACS.
The awards contribute toward airfare, hotel accommodation, and other travel expenses, with complimentary meeting registration included. Their purpose is to help surgeons attend the Annual Meeting in support of their careers in endocrine surgery, rather than fund a research project or an observership. The observership opportunities listed alongside the travel awards are separate, unrelated opportunities.
