This research involves computational electromagnetics coupled to nonlinear charge transport for advanced electronic and opto-electronic device simulation. It primarily focuses on the Delaunay/Voronoi surface integration (DVSI) field discretization technique and the Fermi kinetics transport (FKT) model.
