--- ## Description This opportunity, offered by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Center of Excellence for Alternative Jet Fuels and Environment (AJFE), supports research aimed at reducing the environmental impact of aviation. The program is administered through ASCENT—the Aviation Sustainability Center—a coalition of 16 leading U.S. research universities co-led by Washington State University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Research areas include sustainable aviation fuels, emissions reduction, noise mitigation, air quality, and climate impacts related to aviation.
