--- ## Description This grant, under the TestCert-SK project ("Testing and Certification Capabilities in Slovakia"), aims to strengthen the cybersecurity sector in Slovakia by supporting the education and training of developers involved in creating cybersecurity solutions. The funding targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that wish to certify 1–3 employees through specialized courses aligned with the EUCC cybersecurity certification scheme and relevant EU regulations. The goal is to enhance the expertise of professionals working towards product certification and compliance with the latest EU cybersecurity requirements. --- ## Due Dates - **Call Opens:** July 6, 2025 - **Application Deadline:** September 30, 2025, 18:00 (Brussels time) - **Expected Project Completion:** March 31, 2026 --- ## Funding Amount - **Grant covers 100% of eligible costs.** - **Per project (based on number of trainees):** - 1 employee: €3,210 (excl. VAT) - 2 employees: €6,420 (excl. VAT) - 3 employees: €9,630 (excl. VAT) - **Total available budget for this call:** €87,900 --- ## Eligibility - **Applicant must be a legal entity (SME) as per Section 2(2)(a) of the Slovak Commercial Code.** - **Must meet the EU definition of an SME** ([See Annex I, Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014](https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/#_ftn2)). - **Registered in the Slovak Republic** at the time of application. - **Have approved accounts** for at least one completed financial year (not less than 12 months), immediately preceding the year of application. - **Must provide or intend to provide a product with digital elements** (e.g., software, network devices, cryptographic applications) as defined by the EU Cyber Resilience Act. - **Only one application per SME** will be considered (if multiple are submitted, only the last counts). - **Eligible activities:** Training or education leading to certification under the EUCC scheme for 1–3 employees. --- ## Application Process - **Application form must be signed** by the statutory body using a qualified electronic signature or seal. - **Submission must be electronic** via the Central Public Administration Portal ([www.slovensko.sk](https://www.slovensko.sk)) using the 'General Agenda' service. - Applications not submitted in the required electronic format will be disqualified. - **Ranking:** Applications are assessed and ranked based on published selection criteria.
