DescriptionThe U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) invites eligible organizations to submit concept notes for a potential small arms and light weapons destruction and explosive ordnance disposal project for the U.S. Conventional Weapons Destruction (CWD) Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Please note that this is a request for unsolicited concept notes.
