DescriptionCT seeks proposals to strengthen West African countries’ AML/CFT regimes by promoting compliance with international standards and implementing best practices to increase effectiveness, with a particular focus on increasing governmental capacity to investigate and prosecute terrorism financing cases.

Additional Eligibility Information

U.S. - based non-profit/non-governmental organizations having a 501(c) (3) status with the IRS; overseas non-governmental non-profit organizations; Foreign Public Entities (FPEs) and Public International Organizations (PIOs). For-profit and commercial firms are not eligible to apply.
