DescriptionThe United States Department of State’s Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) announces a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for projects to counter terrorist ideology and the mechanisms of propagation that enable it. Please see NOFO for additional project description information. Programming locations/beneficiaries should focus on one country in either (1) Southeast Asia - especially Indonesia; or (2) Sahel or Littoral States.
