DescriptionThe Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) announces its interest in supporting conferences through the AHRQ Single-Year and Multiple-Year Conference grant programs (R13). AHRQ seeks to support conferences that help further its mission to produce evidence to make health care safer, higher quality, more accessible, equitable and affordable, and to work with HHS and other partners to make sure the evidence is understood and used (http://www.ahrq.gov/funding/policies/foaguidance/index.html).

Eligible Applicants- State governments- County governments- City or township governments- Special district governments- Independent school districts- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)- Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities- Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)- Nonprofits having a 501 (c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education- Nonprofits that do not have a 501 (c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education- Private institutions of higher education- Others
