You can apply if your organization is located in a rural county or parish in the Delta region and is: Public or private, non-profit or for-profit Community-based Tribal (governments, organizations) The Delta region includes 252 counties and parishes located across eight states - Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee.
