DescriptionThe purpose of this program is to implement Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program in communities to support adults with serious mental illness (SMI) who meet state-specific criteria for AOT. Recipients are expected to implement a multi-disciplinary AOT program, working with courts, community partners, and other entities to support community-based treatment for adults with SMI who meet criteria for AOT.
