Tribal Court Improvement Program

According to section 438(c)(3)(A)(iv) of the Social Security Act (Act) (42 U.S.C. § 629h(c)(3)(A)(iv)), grants are to be awarded on a competitive basis among the highest courts of Indian tribes or tribal consortia that:
