DescriptionThe Education Resilience Activity aims to support Pakistan’s basic education ecosystem to enhance inclusive, sustained access to quality basic education for marginalized children. Eligibility for this NOFO is not restricted. U.S. and non-U.S. organizations may participate. USAID welcomes applications from organizations that have not previously received financial assistance from USAID. Public International Organizations (PIOs) are ineligible for this NOFO unless they consent to receiving a cooperative agreement governed by 2 CFR and applicable ADS 303 policies.
