Additional Eligibility Information

Resident Associations (RAs) are eligible to apply. RAs must have either locally incorporated nonprofit status (usually designated by the state) or 501(c)(3) nonprofit status designated by the IRS. Multifamily Owners are eligible to apply. Multifamily Owners that are applying to serve RAD PBRA residents must be the entity that has the legal right to lease dwelling units in the PBRA project(s) to be served.
