Additional Eligibility Information
Non-profit organizations, other than institutions of higher education, are eligible to apply. Applicants must be a public or private non-profit organization and must submit evidence of tax-exempt status under section 501(a) and be an entity described in section 501(c)(3) of the IRC (26 U.S.C. 501(a) and (c)(3)).
