Eligible applicants are public or nonprofit institutions of higher learning and public or nonprofit agencies and organizations knowledgeable and experienced in the field of Indian tribal affairs and child welfare (Sections 426(a)(1)(A) and 476(c)(2)(C) of the Social Security Act).
