Eligible Applicants: • Individual alumni. • Not-for-profit organizations based in Uzbekistan. • Civil society/non-governmental organizations based in Uzbekistan. • Thinktanks based in Uzbekistan. • Public and private not-for-profit educational institutions based in Uzbekistan. Note: For-profit entities, even those that may fall into the categories listed above, are not eligible to apply for this NOFO. Applicants are only allowed to submit one proposal at a time.
